VisionFuel™ was founded by real estate developer and entrepreneur Don Cardon in 2012 to enrich the lives of people in his network with his vast business knowledge and warm regard for people. Since then, Don has traveled around the world sharing his message of finding your vision, assessing the fuels in your life, and living out your unique calling. Today, VisionFuel™ summits help people of all walks of life explore and understand their vision, fuels, and purpose so they can live out their unique calling.

Don Cardon is one of the leading real-estate entrepreneurs in the nation. Having developed over two billion dollars worth of large scale public/private projects nationally, Don’s abilities to impart passion within visions of scale have truly advanced the dreams of people, communities and entire states into reality.
Through VisionFuel™ summits and workshops, Don shares with groups around the world the passion he holds for empowering our dreams, owning our lives and advancing the visions we uniquely possess.
AUSTIN WALKER
Managing Director
Austin Walker was born and raised in Chandler, AZ, and graduated from Grand Canyon University Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Sports Management and Minor in Marketing. He also served as the inaugural President for the Sports Business Club at GCU and was named Outstanding Senior for the Colangelo College of Business.
After graduation from Grand Canyon University in 2015, he spent the next five years working in Major League Baseball for the Arizona Diamondbacks. Through his leadership and innovation, he has transformed processes and events in a variety of industries. As the Managing Director at VisionFuel™, Austin is passionate about setting up the next generation of leaders for success, and oversees all aspects of the business.
